In case of any issues with Ecosaver products, you can request warranty assistance by filling out the brief request form below. Products that Ecosaver or any of our installation associates install are applicable for claiming the warranty. Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the matter thoroughly and work towards resolving it promptly.

Whilst our warranty services are offered without charge, we kindly request that you bear the following considerations in mind. If the issue is not caused by a faulty component from Ecosaver, or if it falls outside the warranty period, a servicing fee will be charged at the time of service. The cost of this fee is approximately $199.00 + GST on weekdays and $299.00 + GST on weekends or outside of regular business hours. Ecosaver warranty covers only the product through the supplier. Workmanship warranty is not covered for products unless otherwise specified.

There may be additional charges if the travel distance is more than 30 kilometers from city. Also, if any service is required during weekends or after regular business hours(emergency cases only), customers will be charged penalty rates. For more detailed information, please refer to the owner’s manual.
